Do you have multiple locations in Quebec?
Currently, we are located in three cities in Montérégie: Châteauguay, Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, and Les Coteaux.
What types of offices do you offer? Do you have meeting rooms?
We offer hot desks, coworking spaces, as well as private offices. We also provide rooms that can accommodate up to 40 seated guests or 80 people in a cocktail-style setup.
Do you have parking spaces?
Yes, we have our own free parking available at all our locations.
Are the doors unlocked at all times? Do we need an access code?
Most of our doors follow a set schedule, Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Otherwise, an access code will be provided to you via email..
Is Wi-Fi included?
Yes, Wi-Fi is free and available in all our coworking spaces. When you book a room, connection information is displayed on-site and will also be sent to you in your confirmation email.
Do you have a projector in every room?
We have smart TVs that allow you to project your presentation either wired or wirelessly.
Are your spaces accessible 24/7?
Yes, offices and rooms can be used at any time. For bookings outside of business hours, please contact us.
Do you offer catering services?
Yes, we offer this service in all our locations. Please contact us for all available options.
I need to cancel my reservation; what should I do?
If you are a member, you can cancel on the platform up to four hours before the event. Otherwise, please call us or send us an email.
Is coffee included?
For our monthly clients, yes, coffee is provided free of charge. If you book one of our rooms, we can offer coffee services ($) for you and your guests.
Do you have a reception desk or a receptionist?
We do not have permanent staff on-site to greet you or your clients. To ensure our services remain as accessible as possible, our spaces are self-service. However, during your first visit, we can be present to welcome you, and we can also be available by appointment.
