Located on Sainte-Cécile Street, Le 57 is our most recent coworking space. Spread across three bright and modern floors, it offers a work environment that is both comfortable and inspiring. It features two large conference rooms in the basement, three meeting rooms, more than 20 private offices, as well as four open-plan workstations. Its fully equipped and contemporary kitchen is perfect for coffee breaks or lunches, while its colorful terrace becomes the ideal spot for outdoor happy hours during the beautiful season. 

Opened in 2017, Le 87 was our very first location, the space where it all began. Spread across two floors, it combines charm, functionality, and a welcoming atmosphere. The lower level features a spacious training room with an adjoining kitchen, making it ideal for workshops, events, and group gatherings. Upstairs, you’ll find approximately ten private offices accommodating up to four people each, along with a well-appointed meeting room.

And the true gem of this location? A stunning rooftop terrace offering breathtaking views of the city of Salaberry-de-Valleyfield.

Located on Rue Principale in Châteauguay, this coworking space spans two floors and offers a dynamic yet welcoming environment. The groud floors features several private offices, shared workspaces, a meeting room, and, most notably, a charming commercial café area. It’s the perfect place to enjoy a great coffee, a snack, or a sandwich between meetings.

The lower level includes additional private offices, a comfrtable lounge area ideal for relaxing, a large shared kitchen, a spacious conference room, and another meeting room.

And when the weather is nice ? Our outdoor terrace is the perfect spot to soak up the sun, take a break, or enjoy a relaxed after-work gathering.
