If you are working in a team, it is possible to add multiple desks within these spaces. You can rent them daily, monthly, or annually. Monthly and annual packages include various benefits, such as 10 free hours of access to our meeting rooms per month.
Additionally, we provide common workspaces where you will have the opportunity to meet other professionals. Depending on your chosen package, you can benefit from discounts on meeting room bookings, lockable lockers, 24/7 access, and many other advantages!










OUR ROOMS
At AUBUREAU.CO, we offer two types of rooms tailored to your needs. First, our meeting rooms can accommodate 4 to 12 people, ideal for team meetings in a modern and professional setting.
Next, our conference rooms can host between 1 to 80 participants. They are perfect for training sessions, conferences, corporate or personal events, and even activities such as yoga!
Finally, they are available for rent by the half-day or full day. Additionally, you have the option to benefit from catering services for your meals and coffee service.
BUSINESS DOMICILIATION
Our Business Domiciliation Service allows you to establish your company at our professional business address, enhancing your corporate image and credibility. This address can be used as your business address on official documents, business cards, website, and online directories such as Google Business Profile, helping to strengthen your professional presence and visibility. It also offers greater flexibility when relocating, as your business address remains unchanged.
The service includes secure mail reception and handling. All correspondence is received at our building and stored in a dedicated mailbox assigned to your business. You will be promptly notified by email or phone whenever new mail arrives, allowing you to collect it at your convenience.





CHILDCARE SERVICE
At our Les Coteaux coworking space, we offer subsidized and priority childcare services for parents working in our space. Located in the same building as our offices, this service allows you to balance work and parenthood with peace of mind. By renting a monthly office, you receive priority on our waiting list to enroll your child. This service provides a safe and stimulating environment, ensuring children’s well-being and development while facilitating your work experience.
CATERING SERVICE
For users of our conference and meeting rooms, we offer the option to book catering services for your meals, as well as pastry platters for you and your team. Additionally, you can order coffee to create a friendly and stimulating environment during your sessions. Whether it is for a business lunch or a gourmet break, we are committed to meeting your needs to ensure an enjoyable and productive experience.
